Before becoming a rental property owner, I was a renter myself, living in both apartments and single-family homes. Those experiences taught me how much good communication, responsive maintenance, and respectful management matter.

My journey into property management began when I moved into a new home and decided to keep my previous home as a rental rather than sell it. After managing it myself and growing my rental portfolio, I eventually hired a property management company. Unfortunately, I experienced firsthand the frustration that can come with poor communication, missed details, and lost income.

Wanting to understand the industry better, I went to work in property management myself. That experience showed me what works, what doesn’t, and what both owners and tenants truly need.

That’s why I created RNS Property Management, to provide the kind of experience I wanted for my own rentals. My goal is simple: to take care of your property like it’s my own, communicate openly, and create a positive experience for both owners and tenants.
